Home School Communication
As you will no doubt be aware, sending written information home via pupils can be rather a hit and miss affair, with information often going astray or arriving late.  We use a service called ParentMail to enable us to send letters and notices direct to parents via e-mail and this has proved to be very efficient and successful.

As a parent you will be signed up automatically  to ParentMail if you provide us with an e-mail address unless you instruct us otherwise. It is possible to register up to three e-mail addresses per account to ensure that you don’t miss out on any information. You will also be able to login to www.parentmail.co.uk to read messages that have been sent.

Please be assured that the service is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and guarantees that all e-mail addresses will be kept completely private.  There is also NO advertising associated with the scheme.

If you are a current Tiffin parent and you wish to sign up to the service, change which message groups you are signed up to or have any other queries about ParentMail please contact Mrs Pippa Weller who will be able to assist you..

School letters will no longer be posted on the Tiffin School Website.

Please note:  Some email providers may treat ParentMail messages as SPAM and move them to JUNK folders or delete them.  To avoid this happening please make sure you add messages@parentmail.co.uk to your known contacts folder.  If you want to check for any missed messages logon to the ParentMail site as explained above.
